How To Increase Internet Speed on Windows ?
Are you a victim of slow response in your system? Then you have come to right place. people face many problems due to a low-response internet connection, Mainly when you are connecting via mobile/3G dongle. There are some solutions to that problem.
The problems experienced due to slow response times are

One solution is to increase your COM port bit-rate.You can do this by following the instructions below
Windows 7
Start--Control panel--device manager--expand ports--double click com port--change bit rate to maximum value available.
or
My computer--right click--properties--double click Device manager (left side top)--expand ports--double click com port--change bit rate to maximum value available.
(Those who with a Netsetter or dongle must not do any other setting here. Those who with a DSL modem can change Flow control to HARDWARE from dropdown)
Windows 8
To view my computer icon at desktop,
Right click on desktop--click personalise--click change desktop icons (Left side top)--select my computer in column--click apply
(Now you can see my computer icon at desktop, proceed as below now)
My computer--right click--properties--double click Device manager (left side top)--expand ports--double click com port--change bit rate to maximum value available.
